Orla and Elaine at MyClearText have offered me a superb service, from remote to onsite support. They are always very efficient, on time and go that extra mile for their clients. They are more than happy to phone ATW direct and ensure that support needs are understood and met by them, which makes a stressful situation pain-free. I would highly recommend them.
I have been using Access-to-Work funded STTR for years – both on-site, and more recently remotely. I have a senior role in a busy social services department and attend regular large meetings, seminars and training. When I discovered MyCleartext I really did think “wow, what a difference!”. I was immediately impressed by their speed and accuracy (so much better than I had experienced before), but I have also grown to understand how important it is for me to be able to develop a good working relationship with MyCleartext reporters; something that hasn’t really been possible with other agencies. Deaf people will all be familiar with the anxiety induced by the uncertainty and unpredictability when using STTR – not so with MyCleartext; they really do care about who you are and what you need. I would not use any other agency by choice. Clichéd, but true – MyCleartext has changed my working life.
Having booked MyClearText for several meetings both large and small I have no hesitation in highly recommending their services. The Speech to Text reporters have all been friendly, professional and punctual. Booking the service has been hassle free and there has always been the offer of further help and suggestions of how the job can be done more efficiently.
People attending the meetings with a hearing impairment have commented how happy they are with their enhanced access to meetings. Those without hearing impairments have also been very complimentary about how the service makes for a clearer comprehension of meetings and a useful aide de memoire of proceedings.
