I have been using Access-to-Work funded STTR for years – both on-site, and more recently remotely. I have a senior role in a busy social services department and attend regular large meetings, seminars and training. When I discovered MyCleartext I really did think “wow, what a difference!”. I was immediately impressed by their speed and accuracy (so much better than I had experienced before), but I have also grown to understand how important it is for me to be able to develop a good working relationship with MyCleartext reporters; something that hasn’t really been possible with other agencies. People attending the meetings with a hearing impairment have commented how happy they are with their enhanced access to meetings. Those without hearing impairments have also been very complimentary about how the service makes for a clearer comprehension of meetings and a useful aide de memoire of proceedings.
